This project centred around a two-storey rear extension that opened out onto a courtyard space. On the ground floor, we created a bright new dining room, seamlessly connected to the existing kitchen to form a welcoming space for family meals and entertaining.
Upstairs, we added a modern family bathroom, carefully designed for both style and practicality. Throughout the home, we installed a brand-new heating system to ensure comfort and efficiency for years to come.
We also introduced a new boot room and utility area in the lower section of the house. As this space sits underground, we carried out full waterproofing and tanking to protect it from moisture, creating a functional and durable area that will stand the test of time.
