Gloucester City Centre

In the Centre of Gloucester, these apartments brought new life to a derelict commercial property. An extensive refurbishment of the historic Cotswold stone building to house 5 apartments, accompanied by a contemporary new build extension brought a further 7. Totalling 10, 2-bedroom and 2, 1-bedroom apartments.  

This build was subject to multiple conditions including being located over a potential roman burial ground, required to have an archologist onsite fortunately we avoided disturbing anything of historical significance. Covid also played its part as lockdown came into effect during the construction phase. Working closely with the developer through-out the build and design to problem solve as changes arose, we were able to ensure the smooth running of this large-scale project without delay.
