This two-storey extension, built with a timber frame and finished in zinc cladding, brings a contemporary edge to the property while blending seamlessly with its surroundings. Inside, we carried out a series of carefully planned knock-throughs and alterations to reconfigure the layout. These changes allowed us to create a new downstairs WC, a practical utility room, and a refreshed hallway and landing that improve the home’s flow.

A standout feature of the project is the bespoke staircase and balustrade, designed to complement the open layout and create an elegant focal point. This custom piece not only enhances the sense of space but also adds a touch of craftsmanship and sophistication to the home.
