This Home was in much need of a refresh after being miss-treated for a number of decades. After getting involved at an early stage of the design process, we helped the clients to understand specific cost implications of different designs and layouts for the ground floor. 

On a tighter budget, the target for us was to get all items of the refresh completed to a good standard at a minimal cost. Single storey rear extension, new kitchen, utility room, bathroom, downstairs w/c, dining room and 3 bedrooms, a large refurb for most people so we were more than happy to help in every avenue.
